Congratulations to the winners of the Pharmalys 2025 Awards Ceremony!

Feb 26, 2026 | Quality & Business Excellence

We are proud to celebrate the winners of our 2025 Awards Ceremony, recognised during our Annual Meeting in December and recently honoured with a symbolic trophy presentation at our Dakar office.

In the Awards Ceremony, 34 team members were recognised across three key categories:

  • Individual Excellence
  • Team Excellence
  • Company Culture & Collaboration

Each winner received a personalised trophy in recognition of their achievement, impact, and contribution to our continued growth.

The ceremony in Dakar was a moment to come together and celebrate the dedication and professionalism that drive our organisation forward. As one of our Team Excellence award recipients, Mame Diarra, shared:

“I am truly grateful and honoured to receive this Award in the Team Excellence category of the Pharmalys Annual Awards. This recognition is very meaningful for me, as it reflects the trust, appreciation, and support from my colleagues. Being acknowledged by peers is indeed very motivating and encourages me to continue giving my best every day.”

Congratulations once again to all 34 winners! Your commitment and excellence continue to inspire us and strengthen the impact we deliver together.
