On receipt of a completed application form, an assessment will be made to confirm that the laboratory is conducting work to which GCLP is applicable. If so, the laboratory will be accepted onto the scheme and will be notified of this, in writing. At the same time, an accreditation agreement will be sent with details of the accreditation service to be provided and the associated fees.
