Pharmalys is pleased to announce the successful completion of another Good Clinical Laboratory Practice (GCLP) audit, conducted on 4-5 June 2026 at Medicover Integrated Clinical Services and its affiliated laboratory diagnostic services provider, Synevo Romania.
The audit was led by Pharmalys GCLP Consultant Beatrice and focused on assessing compliance with GCLP standards across laboratory operations, quality management systems, documentation practices, staff competency, and the processes that underpin reliable clinical research data.
When it comes to clinical research, quality is not simply a box to tick. It is the foundation that ensures laboratory results are accurate, traceable, and trusted by sponsors, regulators, and ultimately patients. Audits such as these play an important role in maintaining that confidence and supporting a culture of continuous improvement.
The successful outcome of this audit reflects the strong commitment of the teams at Medicover Integrated Clinical Services and Synevo one of the leading providers of laboratory diagnostic services in Romania to maintaining high standards of quality and operational excellence.
During the visit, Beatrice met with the teams in Synevo Central Laboratory , and Medicover Integrated Clinical Services, whose strong commitment to quality systems continue to support the organisation’s commitment to best practices and regulatory compliance.
Pharmalys would like to thank everyone involved for their professionalism, preparation, and collaborative approach throughout the audit process. Their ongoing focus on quality helps ensure that laboratory operations continue to meet internationally recognised standards and support the delivery of high quality clinical research.
We congratulate the teams at Medicover Integrated Clinical Services and Synevo Romania on this successful audit outcome and look forward to continuing our collaboration in advancing excellence in clinical laboratory practice.
