We are pleased to announce the successful completion of a GCLP audit at the ECMC GCLP Facility, UCL Cancer Institute, University College London, carried out on 20-21 November 2025 as part of Pharmalys’ ongoing commitment to strengthening global Good Clinical Laboratory Practice (GCLP) standards.
During this engagement, Beatrice Ouma-Reeves had the pleasure of working with the dedicated team at the Institute, including Prof John Hartley, Facility Head. Their professionalism, openness, and strong commitment to high quality clinical research practices greatly contributed to the success of the audit.
Beatrice Ouma-Reeves has now been successfully onboarded by Jeanette Young, Laboratory Solutions and GCLP Team Lead from Pharmalys.
As part of Pharmalys’ broader mission, we operate a global GCLP accreditation scheme that provides laboratories of any size or geography with the opportunity to have their clinical trial processes independently assessed and certified. This initiative supports laboratories seeking to enhance data integrity, strengthen quality systems, and demonstrate adherence to international standards. Pharmalys welcomes institutions interested in advancing their GCLP journey to explore this collaborative pathway toward accreditation. Find out more here or contact us today.
Our sincere thanks go to Prof Hartley and the entire UCL Cancer Institute team for their warm welcome, engagement, and commitment to quality. This collaboration represents another meaningful step in advancing robust laboratory practices across clinical research.
