Génération Cliniciens-Chercheurs Africains Masterclass
A two-day programme in Dakar for French-speaking African clinicians who want to build a clinical research unit within their hospital or clinic.
About the masterclass
Génération Cliniciens-Chercheurs Africains is Pharmalys’ first masterclass designed for French-speaking African clinicians who wish to establish and develop their own clinical research unit within a hospital or private clinic.
Africa offers significant opportunities for clinical research, including unparalleled genetic diversity, a vast patient population, a growing burden of non-communicable diseases and a rapidly evolving clinical research ecosystem, supported by an increasing number of mature regulatory agencies. Research conducted across the continent can contribute to global clinical trial data, helping ensure that therapeutic interventions are effective, inclusive and truly generalisable.
Through this two-day programme, Pharmalys aims to equip African clinicians with the knowledge and practical guidance needed to develop clinical research activities within their institutions, contributing to our #CountAfricaIn initiative.
